Your contribution to success
How can you, as a consumer, best support reusable systems?
- Ask at your supermarket when they'll start carrying wine in reusable bottles.
- Reusable glass bottles Return the item and pick up your deposit
- Do not carelessly dispose of bottles in the environment
- Reusable glass bottles in perfect condition are too good to throw away in the glass recycling bin
- Don't hold onto them for too long; return them as soon as they're empty.
- Do not put any foreign objects in the bottle
- Leave the caps on the bottles (to protect the openings)
- Do not put too much strain on the bottles
Retail Locations

Our system is currently under construction:
Phase 1: Market Launch
You'll be able to find the first bottles at participating wineries, and later at wholesale distributors, specialty wine shops, and independent organic retailers.
You should also see reusable wine bottles at Green Events.
Phase 2: Supermarkets
We are working toward making MW wine bottles available at one of the major supermarket chains starting in 2028. Consumer demand will also be a key factor in this.

Returns
You can return the bottles and crates to the same place where you bought them!
As we gradually expand our distribution channels, we also plan to enable returns to supermarket bottle return machines (Phase 2) in the medium term—the bottles were specifically designed for this purpose. This is not yet possible.
However, you can return empty bottles at any retail location. Please note that retailers are only required to accept standard commercial quantities of empty containers. Each bottling plant also receives individual guidelines from the pool management regarding how many bottles should be accepted. Once this quota is reached, the retailer may suspend the acceptance of bottles.
